As a Escalations Engineer, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field. My skills and expertise in programming languages, automation and systems analysis have allowed me to solve complex technical problems and implement innovative solutions.

In the past 2 years I have had the opportunity to work on exciting projects and collaborate with many talented professionals at my job. My experience and expertise in tech have been valuable assets in my career, and I am constantly looking for new opportunities for growth and success.

Interests

I have a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies. One area that I am particularly interested in is cloud computing, specifically Azure and AWS. These platforms offer a range of services that allow for efficient and scalable deployment of applications, making them essential for modern software development.

In addition to my interest in cloud computing, I am also passionate about automation and scripting. I enjoy finding ways to streamline processes and make tasks more efficient through the use of scripts and automated tools. This passion extends to serverless deployment as well, which allows for even greater efficiency and cost-savings in the deployment of applications. Overall, my love for Azure, AWS, automation, scripting, and serverless deployment stems from my desire to continuously learn and improve my skills in the tech industry.

Qualifications

For my work, I like to have qualifications under my belt to assist my day-to-day work. I have obtained four Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) certifications in Software Development, Windows Server Administration, Networking Fundamentals, and Mobility and Device Fundamentals. These certifications demonstrate my knowledge and expertise in these areas, and have been valuable assets in my career. I have also obtained the Azure AZ-900 Fundamentals certification, further solidifying my skills in cloud computing and Azure specifically.

In addition to my technical qualifications, I have also completed Level 2 training in Child Protection in Education and Safeguarding Young People, as well as a Child Protection Refresher completed annually. These qualifications demonstrate my commitment to keeping children safe, and are important considerations in any work environment.
